I think if someone read Sanctuary without reading Grave first, Brisbane would have little impact on them. I did like that some things were revealed about his past, and that he and Julia came to an agreement of sorts. I think that Moor will have more Brisbane, based on the lead up to it at the end of Sanctuary. I wished there was more Brisbane as well.
