Note: I scheduled this entry in advance so that it posts at 8:00 AM. I’ll be late getting the link posted on the host’s blog. 😉
Teaser Tuesdays asks you to:
Grab your current read.
Let the book fall open to a random page.
Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page. You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
Please avoid spoilers!
The teaser:
“Horrid happenings, Aunt. I’ve been finding dead bodies.”
— from page 23, Why Shoot a Butler? (Georgette Heyer)
Why I picked this book: I’ve enjoyed Heyer’s romances, and I thought I’d try one of her mysteries.
Love your play-on-words title…so cute…love the polka dots and flowers too.
Haven’t visited before.
Love the teaser…looks like a fun book.

Thanks for stopping by! I don’t know why it happened, but my spam detector decided your post was, well, spam. Thankfully, I skimmed my spam log before I deleted it.
The book was good, and it did have its funny moments.
As you probably can tell, I like the color pink. I thought the polka dots worked well with the daisies. 🙂
Happy Teaser Tuesday everybody! Hope you will check out my teaser for Tempted (House of Night #6) by PC Cast and Kristin Cast! by the way anyone who features my novel The Thirteenth Chime on a Teaser Tuesday can add there blog link here and they will be featured on my Facebook and Twitter!
Sincerely,
Emma Michaels

My spam detector zapped your comment. Sorry about that, but it didn’t like all those links in one post.
Thanks for stopping by!
