Since I have tickets for a play this afternoon, I know I won’t get much reading done for the Summer Wrap-up Read-a-thon, so the book I’m currently reading (Angels’ Blood by Nalini Singh) will be my starting book for Bout of Books.
Book Goals:
- finish Angels’ Blood (N. Singh)
- a book with a couple hugging/embracing (for a reading challenge). Not sure what it will be — depends on mood
- Gunmetal Magic and “Magic Gifts” (I. Andrews)
- TBD — another “depending on my mood” book

The play was “Seussical! The Musical”. The local community theater tries to put on a family-friendly play at the beginning of the season.
It was pretty good.
I’m a mood reader too, usually as soon as I give myself a list of what I’m going to read, I’m not in the mood for them anymore! lol! Good luck this week!

I can go 50/50. Make a short list of a few I REALLY want to read, and leave a few TBD slots for whatever grabs me. What I’ve been trying to do lately — if I have to set goals — is mix it up a little, genre (or sub-genre) wise. Read a cozy mystery, or a category romance, or a historical romance, just so it’s not all one thing. Not listing specific titles really helps.
